The question of leg attacks on the No GI day of our upcoming competition has been raised. Here are the rules.


For Novice Class: Straight Achilles (Ankle) Locks only

For Advanced: Straight Achilles Locks, Toe Holds, Knee Bars and Muscle Crushes

For Elite Class: Straight Achilles, Toe Holds, Knee Bars, Muscle Crushes and Heel Hooks
